How to Use:

Shipping & Returns:
• Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• For standard returns outside the legal withdrawal period, original shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
• International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs charges, or courier handling fees unless clearly stated at checkout or on the product page.
• For USA orders, import duties/taxes may be covered by CAV Joinery where clearly stated at checkout or on the product page.
• If a parcel is refused, returned due to unpaid customs charges, returned due to an incorrect address, or not collected from the courier, original shipping costs and any return costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
