We take pride in designing and producing high-quality 3D-printed joinery tools, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

🔄 Returns Eligibility
   •   Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
   •   Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
   •   To start a return, please contact us at cavjoineryltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
   •   Once approved, you will receive return instructions by email.

⚙️ Restocking Fee

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs duties, refused delivery, or incorrect address information,
a £5 restocking fee will apply.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.

💳 Refunds
   •   After your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
   •   Refunds are issued for the product price only (excluding shipping fees).
   •   If the returned item is used or damaged, we may offer a partial refund or refuse the return.

🌍 International Returns
   •   Customers outside the UK are responsible for any return postage and customs fees.
   •   We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all international returns.
   •   Orders returned due to unpaid import duties will be refunded minus the £5 restocking fee and the original shipping cost.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a replacement, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.
