At CAV Joinery Ltd, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your order under the terms below.





📅 Return Window



  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.






📦 Conditions for Returns



  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Exclusions: custom-made products, digital downloads, and gift cards.






📨 How to Request a Return

  1. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.






💳 Refunds



  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.






⚠️ Important Notes



  • If a parcel is returned because the customer failed to pay import duties, VAT, or taxes, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
  • No restocking fees apply.






📦 Damaged or Defective Items



If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cavjoinery@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
