🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
   •   unused
   •   in original condition
   •   returned in original packaging

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

🚚 Return Shipping
   •   UK returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
   •   EU & International returns: Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Refused Deliveries

For EU and international orders, customers are responsible for any:
   •   import duties
   •   VAT
   •   customs charges

If a parcel is:
   •   refused
   •   returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes
   •   returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer

a £5 restocking fee will apply.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.

💸 Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the item value only, minus any applicable restocking fee.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
   •   custom or modified items
   •   items showing signs of use or damage
   •   items returned without prior approval

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
