All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked services.
   •   Royal Mail Tracked 48 – typically delivered within 2–3 business days
   •   Free UK shipping is available on orders over £50

EU orders are shipped using tracked international services.
   •   Free shipping is available on EU orders over £100 (order value before taxes and duties)
   •   Orders under £100 are charged at the standard international shipping rate shown at checkout

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs charges imposed by their country.

🔁 Returns & Restocking

If an order is returned due to:
   •   unpaid customs duties or taxes
   •   refused delivery
   •   incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer

a £5 restocking fee will apply.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.
