Fits common board sizes (Filler / Scribe Jaw – Jaw 2):
Preset locking positions (stepped, not continuous):
• Position 1 – 16 mm (5/8″)
• Position 2 – 18 mm (23/32″)
• Position 3 – 20 mm (25/32″)
• Position 4 – 22 mm (7/8″)
• Position 5 – 24 mm (15/16″) MAX
Do not adjust beyond Position 5.
Carcass Jaw (Jaw 1 – adjustable range):
Adjustable clamping range from 12 mm (15/32″) up to 20 mm (25/32″) for secure cabinet attachment and stable alignment.

Tip: You can add 1mm (3/64”) shims to make it work with all other thickness like 19mm (3/4”) and 21mm (53/64”). BUT DO NOT TAP AND FORCE THE SHIM WHILE THE CLAMP IS ON – RELEASE THE CLAMP, THEN PLACE THE SHIM ON THE WANTED POSITION, THEN OPERATE THE CLAMP.
